Trauma Counselling
Life Counsel provides a platform for Individuals, Families or Teenagers that suffered from Trauma to start the healing process. Trauma Counselling will help individuals deal with the event and the emotional Trauma; how to talk about it, cognitive behaviours, emotions and much more. We also assist Corporate Businesses in need of Trauma Group Debriefings. We come out to your premises and conduct group debriefings, assist with trauma counselling on a individual level and provide reports.
Depression, Anxiety and Stress Counselling
Life Counsel comes alongside people who suffer from Depression and is unable to function normally. I guide, counsel and give helpful ways how to deal with depression and overcome its grips. I help people understand, cope and deal with Stress and Anxiety. We need to understand to manage healthy stress at work or in any situation we find ourselves in. If one suffers from Anxiety one needs coping mechanisms and find healthy ways how to deal with it and its origin.
Family Counselling
Life Counsel provides Family Counselling where the whole family can come and find better ways to communicate or solve interpersonal problems. Teenage Counselling gives teenagers the space to talk and express their feeling in a safe environment. Adolescence is a challenging period and at times need a soundboard and understand how to deal with circumstances in their lives. Rebellious teenagers can give their parents a hard time and at Life Counsel I try and give parents and the teenagers helpful ways to deal with life and situations.
Trauma Counselling Workshops
Our Trauma Workshops are to educate the counsellor, psychologist, therapist, social worker, Pastor and more on hoe to help people with Emotional Trauma. Our workshops are very enriching and practical. You will receive a Internationally Certified Certificate and HPCSA or CPD points.
