Life Counsel is excited to be hosting our Trauma Workshop in Cape Town. TIR is an Internationally renowned Applied Meta-Psychology approach that is designed to rapidly resolve all types of emotional traumatic stress and the after effects thereof. This Trauma Workshop in Cape Town is designed to effectively and rapidly resolve emotional trauma and can be mastered within a week of intense training. Our TIR Trainers are equipped to train other professionals in mastering this skill of Trauma facilitation and as a result, empower them to become effective and confident in Trauma Counseling.

About TIR:

Trauma Incident Reduction is a Powerful Technique that is used to address the aftermath of Traumatic experiences. TIR is a rapid (compared to traditional therapy) method of effectively reducing Traumatic stress from emotionally and/or physically painful events. It involves re-visiting past Traumas and then detaching the emotional charge associated with the event in a completely safe environment; free from distractions or judgement. The value of this approach was appreciated by other professionals and a training program was developed. Life Counsel together with TIRA international are training up Trauma workers in South Africa by providing these Trauma Workshops in Cape Town.
